As has been the case throughout proceedings, Participants and their counsel had an opportunity to submit questions, and provide questions in caucus meetings throughout the testimony.

- Witness: Staff Sergeant Brian Rehill, Risk Manager to speak to the Command Post, Operational Communications Centre and Command Decisions. The witness will provide information on the following topic areas:
- The role of the risk manager and interaction with other command members;
- Containment efforts in and around Portapique on April 18, 2020;
- Decision-making regarding the initial response to complaint(s) from Portapique;
- Information assessment, dispersal, and communication;
- Evacuation; and
- Air support.
