What to expect when you register to watch proceedings the afternoon of Tuesday, September 6:

  • You will receive a confirmation email to attend virtually. On Tuesday morning you will receive a Zoom link to watch the proceedings. This will be a webinar link and so your audio or video will not be visible to anyone.
  • A transcript of the September 6 will be made available afterwards for those who cannot attend the live virtual proceedings that day.
  • A video/audio recording of this witness testimony will not be posted. The Commission will not be permitting the dissemination, release or sharing of these proceedings as outlined in the Decision Regarding Rule 43 application on behalf of Cst. Greg Wiley.
  • This means that members of the public and media are not permitted to publish, broadcast, or share recordings of audio or video from September 6, 2022 afternoon proceedings, this includes livestreaming through social media platforms (i.e. Youtube or Facebook). Any breach of the Commission’s order could result in a charge pursuant to s. 127 of the Criminal Code.
