The Commission has shared eight of more than 30 of its Foundational Documents to date along with supporting source materials.
These Foundational Documents and their supporting source material are provided in advance to Participants and carefully reviewed by Commission team members for private or legally privileged information; however, there are instances when redactions are missed and documents need to be reviewed. Moving forward, it may take at least two business days for source materials to be added to our website after they have been marked as evidence during proceedings. This is to ensure the thousands of documents being shared are carefully reviewed for private or legally privileged information.
As required, source material will be removed from the website and re-posted once appropriately updated to respect privacy and legally privileged information. This could include a typo, a broken link, a misidentified speaker in a transcript, or a claim of privilege or private information, such as information that could identify a minor, a civic address, or medical information.
